Success Lab Partners

My colleague Vanessa Hicks and I are launching Success Lab, a hands-on, in-person program designed specifically for employed early-career professionals, ages 25–35. Over 8 weeks, meeting 1x/week from 7-9pm in NYC, participants engage in a structured curriculum grounded in leadership development, peer coaching, and intentional career planning.

Developed and led by Vanessa, a longtime expert in leadership and executive coaching, and myself, Success Lab combines practical tools in career advancement and professional growth with connection and reciprocity. Participants build meaningful relationships while developing the skills to lead themselves and others while developing a long-term career plan.

By the end of the program, each participant will be:

• Trained in peer coaching

• Equipped with a clear, personalized leadership narrative

• Supported with both long- and short-term career advancement plans

• Connected to a trusted cohort of peers navigating similar challenges
